Staff Development
Adventure Unlimited have been involved in product development, product testing and staff development within the Outdoor Industry for the past 10 years. We have organised and managed bespoke events and courses for staff training, specifically retail staff, for a number of companies. Courses include:

The benefit of these types of courses for staff development is huge. Retail staff can get hands on experience with a large range of products. This not only enables them to talk from experience, and competency, to potential buyers but it also provides staff with that feeling of being valued by their employers.
Importantly, these courses are run by qualified and experienced course designers and instructors who are all covered by our Civil Liability Insurance.
