Lead Climbing Course

This course is comprised of two days of intensive coaching for those looking to step into the adventurous world of lead climbing! The course will cover the importance of route choice, lead belaying, setting up of belays and anchors, stance management , single and double rope technique, tying off, buying equipment, leading technique, and above all else lots of gear placement! This can be an entry level course for those with experience of lead climbing on other types of rock, but who are lacking confidence on Peak District gritstone.

* Peak District bed and breakfast accommodation is based on a shared room. Single rooms are at an extra £7 per night single supplement. Additional nights accommodation can be arranged.
