Booking Information
How to Book Your Course
- Check availability.
- Ensure that you meet any course pre-requisites specified.
- We cannot accept a booking until payment in full or a deposit of £50 has been paid and a booking form completed.
- We will accept deposits upto 4 weeks prior to the start of your course. If you book within 4 weeks of the start of your course you must pay in full.
- If you do not make the remaining payment Adventure Unlimited reserve the right to resell the course place.
- The accommodation we provide is B+B type or bunkhouse accommodation. The number of nights accommodation included in the price is indicated by the house symbol in the relevant course description. Should you require extra nights accommodation please contact us.
- Course prices include equipment and instruction, unless otherwise stated. Flights are not included in any course.
- Kit lists will be sent out with the relevant course information.
- Food is not included in the price of the course. If you choose the B+B accommodation breakfast is included.
- Personal insurance is not included in the price of the course. We recommend that you take out personal insurance for any Adventure Unlimited course.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. 50% of the total course fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the start of the course.
- The British Mountaineering Council recognise that climbing, hillwalking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept the risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
- All course are physically challenging and demanding. To gain the most form out courses a reasonable level of fitness will be required. Course leaders have the right to end the course prematurely if they feel you are at risk or placing others at risk.
